What is collected

An account holds your first name, your email and a scrambled version of your password. If you buy a course we also store the amount, the date and the reference number the payment processor gives back. Card details are never sent to this site.

The newsletter

If you join the letter we store your email and which section you signed up from. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the record.

Messages

Messages sent through the contact form are stored so they can be answered, and deleted once the conversation is finished.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys this data and nobody rents it. It is shared only with the services needed to run the site: the hosting provider, the database provider and the payment processor.

Getting your data deleted

Email hello@riseandthrive.ca and ask. Your account and everything attached to it will be removed within 30 days, apart from payment records that must be kept for tax purposes.
